Pat Sajak has one big request when it comes to what he wants as he embraces retirement-the pitter patter of grandkids’ feet.

The longtime Wheel of Fortune host’s final episode is set to air in just days, and fans have been left clamoring for info not only about him, but his co-star Vanna White’s plans when it comes to staying with the show, ever since they learned he was leaving.

They have also expressed distaste for his replacement, Ryan Seacrest, though the show is moving forward with him at the helm.

However, with the show in his rearview, Sajak now is sharing his biggest hopes for the future-and they are ones his daughter, Maggie Sajak, may be stunned to hear.

In part of an interview with his daughter that is part of his final episodes, he told her he explicitly wanted grandkids in the near future.

The reveal came in the interview segment that sees Maggie question her father about his 41 seasons of the show.

“I’m perfectly happy if it just means that I’ll continue with my crossword puzzles and play with grandchildren. Hint Hint Hint. No pressure,” he said.

“It’s been a great 40 years, and I’m looking forward to whatever’s ahead,” he added

His comments about grandkids came shortly after his daughter was spotted showing PDA with actor Ross McCall.

Maggie 29, and McCall, 48, were seen smooching on a stroll in Los Angeles with a dog in March.

The pair’s relationship came after the “White Collar” star was previously engaged to both actress Jennifer Love Hewitt in 2007 and Italian actress Alessandra Mastronardi in 2021.

It’s unclear how long Maggie and McCall have been a couple, with the romance only being confirmed after they were spotted on their March outing.
