Jennifer Lopez, 47, nearly breaks down in tears
Jennifer Lopez is like a human Energizer Bunny – she just keeps going.
And that was true this week as she made several publicity appearances to plug her NBC cop show Shades Of Blue. The star dropped by Jimmy Fallon, The View and the premiere for her series, and that was just Wednesday.
On Thursday morning she was up bright and early for the Today show where she revealed she didn’t think she would become a mother.
‘I didn’t have kids till later. I almost thought it wasn’t going to happen for me,’ said the 47-year-old as she nearly broke down in tears. ‘I’m very aware I was blessed with that. It could have been something different.’

‘I love what I do, and I feel so fortunate to do it for so long and to keep being inspired and to keep trying to push the envelope and to keep trying to be better — not just as performer and an actress and a singer, but also as a person.’

Her stylist is working overtime: The Jenny From The Block star is seen here at AOL and on the street; this is her sixth look since hitting NYC
Her Thursday look is quite a change from just 24 hours earlier when Lopez made a rare fashion misstep. She was exiting The View studios in NYC where she taped her appearance.
The former Vogue cover girl was swimming in her metallic outfit that failed to make the most of her stunning curves.
Most of the blame goes on the gold coat, which was unshapely and had too much going on with sewn-on flowers and a loose tie in front.
The gunmetal grey dress was also not easy to pull off as it was very short and had a difficult bow around the neck that looked a bit messy.
The only safe bets here were the gunmetal grey pointy pumps and the silver clutch purse.

She’s got the moves: The former Fly Girl and current Vegas performer danced on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Not her best: Lopez usually looks flawless but on Wednesday when exiting The View in NYC she was a fashion don’t
Overall, the look was too ambitious and would not have worked on anyone, not even a 6-foot-tall model.
Jennifer appeared to be in great spirits however as she smiled to onlookers and waved as well.
Earlier the former Fly Girl had a diva moment when she entered The View.
She had not one but two umbrella handlers to protect her from a light sprinkling of rain. The Las Vegas performer used her free hands to hold up her iPhone.

No glow: The star usually has a perfect spray tan, but looked paler than usual while heading to The View
Well, it is winter! The Las Vegas performer’s legs looked like they hadn’t seen the sun in a while
Lopez went bare legged with black Louboutin pumps and swapped her usual tanned glow for a much paler look.
Her gams looked plenty toned, most likely to daily workouts to stay in shape for her All I Have Sin City show at Planet Hollywood.
An anklet was attached to her right ankle.

The Boy Next Door star had a male umbrella handler to make sure she didn’t get wet before her TV appearance. In tow were several other handlers that must have been bodyguards.
Later, the Bronx native was seen leaving the studio in a bronze dress and matching heels with her manager Benny Medina by her side.
Her episode of The View does not air until Friday.

Lopez has been very busy the past few years. In addition to her Vegas show and her cop drama Shades Of Blue with co-star Ray Liotta, she is working on a new series called World Of Dance.
She starts on and executive produces with Dancing With The Stars vet Derek Hough, actress Jenna Dewan Tatum and singer Ne-Yo.
The show ‘brings the world’s elite dancers together to compete in epic battles of artistry, precision and athleticism,’ according to a press release.
World of Dance will debut this spring on NBC.
