They have already sported matching outfits and praised each other on TV.
And now, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have reached a new milestone in their month-long relationship: public hand holding.
The pair were seen at high-end Italian eatery Marea in Manhattan on Thursday for what was surely a pricey lunch date.

Alex, 41, who was dapper in a blue suit, kept a firm grip on Jennifer, 47, who wore a short black dress that had white pleated accents on its sides.
She completed her look with a pair of steely mirrored shades, a Chanel bag and high high stiletto boots.
The Shades Of Blue actress is in New York promoting her NBC drama which just got picked up for a third season.

J-Rod: The couple has been inseparable since going public last month
A-Rod hosted Friday’s episode of The View where he opened up about the new relationship.
The 41-year-old gushed: ‘She’s an amazing, amazing girl. One of the smartest human beings I’ve ever met and also an incredible mother.’
Calling their romance ‘obvious,’ he added that they’ve ‘been having a great time.’

The couple called J-Rod by fans, a combination of her nickname J-Lo and his, A-Rod, have already taken their relationship to Los Angeles, Miami and the Bahamas in addition to their current New York City trek.
The new relationship comes just months after Jennifer was linked to rapper Drake for a brief fling.
Jennifer and Drake were spotted grinding at an event to a song that featured both of their vocals. After the break-up, her vocals were replaced by Jorja Smith on Drake’s album More Life.

It appears Lopez is continuing to date younger men after her split from former back-up dancer Casper Smart, 29.
Her new beau is five years younger than her, and Drake, 30, is 17 years her junior.
